Yes! Use our file loader on our products page. Upload your file & we will upload it to your book.

Just connect our video book to any computer with the
provided mini USB cable (included) and upload your video onto the device, just
like how you would do it with any other USB drive. You can easily drag and drop
new video files onto it or delete old video files off of it.

Check the video file format
and ensure that it is compatible with the gift book device. Most devices support common video formats such as MP4, MOV, and AVI.

If the video file is not in a compatible format you may get ‘no files’ or ‘error’ on the gift book screen, you can try using a video converter app such as https://video-converter.com/,
Capcut, iMovie etc) to change the format and make it playable on the device.

If you use Cap Cut editing here are the steps:

1. Google CAPCUT and sign up for free
2. Upload your videos and photos from your computer, click each photo and video you wish to upload
3. Click on each photo and video to ensure they have an aspect ratio of 16.9
4. You can add text over the
   photos and videos, blur the background, change the
   background colour, insert effects to each photo add music etc.
5. Click export, make sure you
   select 1080p when exporting, your photos and videos will download as one file in your computer download file.
6. Transfer that file over to MSR video folder, safely eject and unplug your video book.

Yes you can, you can put as many videos as you like as long as its within the storage limit.

You can also add them in numerical order to play in the order you wish just rename your files to, for example: 01,02,03 ect. This will have them sort in numerical order.
